Terms of Use
Every series on Minisode is a work of fiction created with the help of artificial intelligence. The scripts, the translations and the character voices are AI-generated and reviewed by our team. Characters, names, places and events are imaginary, and voices are synthetic. They do not depict, imitate or represent real people. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to real events is coincidental.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lupus Bilgi Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Minisode", "we", "us"). They apply to the Minisode mobile app, the website at minisode.app and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Minisode
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Some series contain mature themes such as violence, crime or romance, and are labelled with a content rating in the app.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You can delete your account at any time in the app settings.
3. Our content
All series, episodes, scripts, audio, artwork and other content on the Service ("Content") belong to Minisode or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to stream and read the Content inside the Service for your own non-commercial use.
You may not copy, download (except through features we provide), re-upload, sell, publicly perform or broadcast the Content, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission. Sharing official clips through the share buttons in the app is allowed.
4. AI-generated content
- Our stories and voices are produced with AI tools and reviewed by people. Despite review, Content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies or translations that are not perfect.
- The Content is entertainment only. It is not factual, and nothing in it is advice of any kind.
- Voices in the app are synthetic and are not recordings of real actors unless we say otherwise in the credits.
- If you believe any Content resembles a real person or infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
5. Free episodes, subscriptions and coins
- Some episodes are free. Others require a subscription or coins.
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Coins are a virtual item used only to unlock episodes in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may expire if your account is deleted.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
- We may change prices. Changes to a subscription price apply from your next billing period, with notice as required by the app store.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using the Service;
- bypass payment, access controls or content protection;
- scrape, copy or bulk-download the Content, or use bots to access the Service;
- reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- interfere with the Service or its security;
- present our Content as your own or as showing real people or events.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
8. Changes to the Service
We regularly add, change and remove series, episodes and features. We may suspend or end the Service, or any part of it, at any time. If we end a paid subscription service, we will offer a pro-rated refund where the law requires it.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must do so by law. Unused coins are lost when an account is closed for breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service and Content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Minisode will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be handled by the Istanbul Anatolian (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
